What we collect

nerdsiv.com doesn't have user accounts, and the contact and careers forms on this site don't submit to a server we control — they open your own email client addressed to info@nerdsiv.com. Whatever you choose to send us that way (your name, email, and message) goes directly to our inbox as an email, not into a database on this site.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every request — IP address, browser type, and similar metadata — for security and operational purposes. We don't control the specifics of that logging beyond what Vercel documents in its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set cookies or run analytics of any kind. If we enable an analytics tool in the future, we'll update this policy to describe what it collects before turning it on.

How we use what you send us

If you email us — whether via the contact form, careers page, or directly — we use that information only to respond to you: to discuss a project, a role, or whatever you reached out about. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.

Your rights

As a Ghana-based company, we aim to honor the principles of Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) in how we handle any personal data we do hold. Since we don't retain data submitted through this site beyond what arrives in our email inbox, exercising a right to access, correct, or delete your data is as simple as emailing us and asking — we'll act on it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, particularly if we add analytics, a client portal, or any other feature that changes what data this site collects.
